Print Article 7/27/15 The Home Nursing Agency’s Healing Patch: A Program for Loss and Hope for Grieving Children and Their Families thanks WeCare Blair County, an initiative of the Blair County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Blair County Alumni Committee, for recent grant funding to purchase supplies for Memory Bears.The $300 grant will cover materials needed for the assembly of Memory Bears, which provide a tangible connection for the grieving child to their loved one who has passed away through inclusion of items that belonged to the loved one.
