Nurse-Family Partnership® (28 weeks gestation-2 years)

A free home visitation program, nurses mentor first-time mothers and provide education and support through the child’s second birthday.

WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Nutrition Program (mothers and children to 5 years)

WIC is a federally funded program designed specifically for women, infants and children that provides voucher for nutritious foods and education in a supportive environment.

Early Intervention (birth-3 years)

Having a child is one of life’s greatest experiences. Home Nursing Agency's Early Intervention specialists help children learn, grow and develop right where they are: at home, in the community, and in day care. 

Healing Patch (preschool-18 years)

The Healing Patch Children's Grief Program is a peer support program designed specifically for children and their families who have suffered the loss of a loved one, such as a parent, sibling, grandparent, or close family member.
