Phil Freeman, Home Nursing Agency PresidentPhil Freeman of Cresson was recently promoted to President of Home Nursing Agency, a nonprofit organization serving people of all ages with home health, hospice and community services throughout 15 counties in west-central Pennsylvania.

Freeman served as chief operating officer since 2011 and has more than 28 years of leadership experience in operations, finance and human resources.

"I am honored to assume the role of President, following a legacy of strong leadership which built Home Nursing Agency into one of the elite 500 home health care providers in the country," Freeman says. "I hope to continue expanding delivery of first-class, post-acute products and services by our team of passionate and caring professionals."

Freeman takes the place of Robert Packer of Clymer, who retired in December after 27 years of service. Packer was hired in 1987 as Senior Vice President of Administrative Services and Chief Financial Officer. He was promoted in 1998 to President and CEO.
